Testing and Quality Control

• FSG's Quality Assurance Department is directed by a USA Certified Quality Engineer who is a senior member of the American Society for Quality -Massachusetts Chapter.
• FSG has an experienced in-house QA/QC team and test lab to monitor the quality/safety of all food products.
• 3rd party testing companies such as AIB and Shuster only offer a snapshot in time in regards to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• We have implemented internal procedures above and beyond 3rd party testing.
• FSG's factory audit procedures are based on FDA's GMP/HACCP requirements to provide the greatest assurance so that the factory manufactures safe and reliable food products.
• FSG has a strict food product approval process. At the trial-run stage of production, FSG's QA engineer is on-site to inspect the pilot run as well as randomly select samples for testing (food safety, packaging, and transportation rigidity).
• The factory is not permitted to run the mass production of any food product prior to the release of FSG's approved sample review meeting (ASRM) documents.

  

Licensing

• Fourstar Group has a long standing relationship with its licensor's for classic Norman Rockwell and timeless Currier & Ives images.
• Norman Rockwell images are from the vast archives of The Saturday Evening Post's cover art.
• Currier & Ives images are from original hand colored lithographs from the extensive collection which is housed in The Museum of the City of New York.
• These images conjure up notions of a traditional Christmas and the true meaning of the holiday season.
• Traditional butter cookies packed in a collectible licensed tin is a great added value to the product.
